iPhone 3G coming for $99 at Walmart?

walmart iphone 240x290The rumor is not officially confirmed yet, as reported by the guys from The BoyGenius Report. The rumored iPhone 3G model will feature only 4 Gb of memory and it will be priced at $99, the lowest entry so far. Also, the source states that the iPhone will come with a 2-year agreement within Walmart.

Now, I don’t believe this rumor is true for 2 reasons, Apple dropped their 4 Gb models long time ago and they stated that there won’t be any model under 8 Gb and secondly, contract…AT&T? We will find out if the rumos is true probably before the holidays, but my advice is, don’t get your hopes up.
