Corsair announced: The Voyager 64 Gb flash drive

Corsair announced yesterday the new Voyager family member, the Corsair Voyager 64 Gb. This is the highest capacity offered by Corsair’s flash drives division, the 64 Gb entering the market not long after the 32 Gb versions. Looking on their site, I didn’t see any Corsair Voyager GT with the 64 Gb capacity, but I think it wouldn’t take much until we can see the high-speed version of the Voyager at this capacity.

The Corsair Voyager is USB 2.0 and 1.1 compatible and it’s highly resistant to water, heat or shocks ( I own a 16 Gb Voyager mysefl ). The Voyager has however some drawbacks, one being the rubber hood (lit), that tends to get wider as the flash is used.

Overall, the Corsair Flash Voyager is a very strong competitor within the market, the 64 Gb addition making it one of the leaders.
