Microsoft Sidewinder X8: 4000DPI mouse power!

Being a gamer myself, I enjoy everything that’s fitted ergonomically in my game life. The most 2 important devices for a PC games are, of course, the mouse and the keyboard. When I saw the news for the new Sidewinder X8 today, I’ve jumped right into it, expecting..much!

Let’s just say that the first thing I read about the new Microsoft Sidewinder X8 mouse, let me down…it’s wireless. All pro gamers I know never go into this wireless area, heck even producers like Razor don’t go into that area. Microsoft wants to give us another impression over that and, they might just do it.

Microsoft stated that the new wireless SideWinder X8 has a 30h battery life on a single charge…and this is something. Also, the mouse relies on a 2.4 Ghz wireless connection to get it rolling and pulls out 4000 DPI, making it a direct competitior with the one and only Razer Lachesis. The Sidewinder X8 is also built around the latest BlueTrack laser technology from Microsoft, that makes your mouse behave the same on every surface.

Personally, I like its shape alot, it’s alot better than all those Sidewinders and the battery life helps this mouse alot. Priced at $100, I think I’m gonna try myself one, I must to!
