Global warming: North Pole is now an island!

We all know the consequences of global warming but what some of us don’t know is that the effects are increasing daily, with rapid paces.

Here’s a good example of what’s happening right now, at the North Pole:

As you can see, the North Pole became an island, for the first time in history. Ice melted rapidly in North-East and North-West regions, actually opening passages. We know that melting ice is accelerating global warming, but we have our hands crossed, with puzzled look.

There are many areas around the globe that suffer the effects of global warming with full intensity and we can expect the worst in the next couple of years.
