Stephenie Meyer’s “Midnight Sun” leaked on the internet
After an unedited draft of Midnight Sun written by Stephenie Meyer became public on the web before it was ready, containing typos and lots of incomplete passages, the author decided to discontinue the book series.
Stephenie Morgan Meyer (born December 24, 1973) is a well known American author for books like The Host and Twilight, along with Twilight’s sequels New Moon, Eclipse, and the recently released Breaking Dawn. She has also written about half of the first draft of Midnight Sun, a companion novel in the series.
Apparently Midnight Sun was to be the final one in this popular series about vampires. Meyer was so upset about this, so she decided to cancel the entire project.
“I have a good idea of how the leak happened as there were very few copies of Midnight Sun that left my possession and each was unique” ( she stated on her website). “”Unfortunately, with the internet, it is easy for people to obtain and share items that do not legally belong to them. No matter how this is done, it is still dishonest”. After this event she already posted the manuscript online saying : “This way, my readers don’t have to feel they have to make a sacrifice to stay honest”.
Angry fans already are trying to undo this: “Can someone please call, email, stalk her and tell her she must write Midnight Sun?”
Sad news indeed, we wish Stephenie Meyer only the best, hoping that this event will have a happy outcome.

I just wanna say that i have read Stephine’s books and I LOVE THEM and she is my favorate writer ever! And My friends, teachers, and just about everyone else was waiting for another book to come out… we thought it might be about Bella’s baby and Jacob but when I found out she was making a book in Edward’s point of view I freaked out! Edward is my favorate character right along side with Emmet and Seth, but he was still my favorate. But I really wanna hear his side of the story….and I can only imagine what it will be when I read the book……when I read a book I imagine the movie in my head. So when I was finally going to see the story out of Edward’s view I just couldnt help but to get excited! So me and my friends and about everyone else thinks it would be a waste not to write this book . Please continue to write the book and everyone would enjoy reading another series (in Edward’s point of view) by Stephenie Meyer, the best writer I know.

Hello Stephenie!
I am writing this to let you know how much I appriciate and admire your writing style. I am 31 years old and have three children, I adore. As much as I love them, I still need a break now and then. You’re books offer me an excape into a different exciting,mysterious, world. I was so sad to hear that you would not be completing Midnight Sun. I’m asking you to reconsider this, on behalf of all your loyal fans, who are not ready to be done with the story. Thanks!

I never thought I would be so hooked on Twilight like Iam.
I was disappointed on the movie though.
After reading the book and loving it I expected so much more.
I was also disappointed when I found out that Ms. Meyer discontinued with her fifth book.
Just because your book leaked out a little doesnt mean you should stop your work.
Of course I can see where you are coming from in the situation that you are in but your admires that love and respect you will wait patiently for your return and when you do come out with your next book make sure that it is a slammer that will blow all of us away

Hi! stephenie you hac¡ve no idea of how much I LOVE your books!they changed my life! every time i see them on my room i start crying they are awesome so i would love to read *Midnight Sun* (i love Edward he’s my being reason!<3) so i’d love that you finish it! I promess i allready read the first 4! they were amazing! omg! i dont have words to describe how awesome they were! i have read them twice at least! i admire you a lot! i mean you are the best writter ever! please finish midnight sun! i’ll love to read it! i have seen the moviiee 20 times at least! and when i read the books i so everything on my head it was awsome the best thing ever! so please please finish it I NEED THAT BOOK!

i know that were i live (if you finish it ) i will get it 2 years later at least! but i dont care! i really want you to finish it! and well if you dont want i respect your opinio but i would love to read it and when it comes her the emocion of buying it =)
