Blizzard vs MMOGlider Round 1 - Fight!

For those unfamiliar with MMOGlider, they are responsable for the famous World of Warcraft auto-bot. This bot helps players in WoW to automatically kill monsters and loot them. This makes the WoW grinding rather simple for players and less boring ( they say ).

This WoW bot also helps players level much faster without even playing the game. Now, the funny part is that Michael Donnelly, the man behind MMOGlider sued Blizzard, because they tried to convince him to stop selling the bot and hand over the profits. As a former WoW player myself, those types of bots make the game rather unenjoyable from the user perspective but also for normal players, who just want to enjoy the game and work their way up. We don’t know if Blizzard did an aggresive move on Mr Donnely but I’m sure they didn’t sent any orc to pursuade nim.

This bot sells for around $25 and it’s rather popular among WoW farmers. The batter will go live in September and we will probably find out some outcomes then.
