Dubai’s Rotating Tower - Technology Wonder
These days when you say Dubai you don’t think of oil, sand or camels. The first things that came to mind are the most impressive structures in the modern world - the luxurious hotel, Burj Al Arab and world’s tallest building Burj Dubai. Now they have a greater quest : the Rotating Tower designed by David Fisher’s Dynamic Architecture. The only few things we heard so far make this rotating tower a piece of mad technology: always in motion the floors will twirl continuously, a change of view with only one press of a button. No need to worry about the electric bill because this baby is powered by sunlight and also wind energy. Scared about earthquakes? Fisher designed the rotating tower to withstand heavy earthquakes even if each floor will rotate independently. The building will be 313 metres high and will have 68 floors everything for 330 million euro .
If you’re planning on going you must also know that Inside the tower there will be a 6 Star hotel, offices, and apartments. On the top five floors there will be also five “villas”, each having an area of 1500 square meters and if you’re madly in love with your car each villa will have its own parking and elevator for it. If you like flowers and while smelling them you want to take a bath you must know that the roof will host a pool and a garden.
The lovely thing is that the skyscraper will produce ten times the energy that it needs and this makes it a positive energy building.
