Western Digital Scorpio SATA 2.5 inch 320Gb Laptop drive

WD announced that it will start the shipments for the WD Scorpio SATA 320Gb laptop drive. The hdd has 5400 rpm and a 8Mb cache buffer. WD states that this drive is very quiet, even in high load and it’s heat resistant. It seems that the future of “big small” laptop drives is starting and this is just a step of many steps
